Spatial planning is evolved based on two courtyards around which the adjacent spaces has been formed. A courtyard, though small communicates rather well with dining space, family living and also with the semi open kitchen and another dry court that connects the drawing and dining. These courtyards maintains an ambient lighting and ventilation to the entire common spaces.
